Okay, so... College student here. Resident procrastinator. I ordered my book (I picked the Virgins) off of Amazon three days ago.
My book is lost.
They speculate it is, perhaps, in Minnesota.
I'm not sure why, but I think it's very cold there.
It's much warmer in North Carolina...
Is anyone else as far behind as I am?

In a word, yes.
I'm off to finally buy Virgin tomorrow. Although both of my kids are sick and the house is for sale so who knows where the wild wind will take us. We're crazy like that.
yup, mine only arrived from amazon (a day late I might add if I was feeling pissed off about paying for next day for no freaking reason)and haven't even managed to pick it up yet. Hoping to try today - we'll see how it goes.
Yes, I'm not a member but I am planning to do this anyway. I am waiting for the library to notify me when Pi comes back in. I want to get in the habit of using the library so I am waiting. But Barnes and Noble is only 4 or 5 blocks away so.....
I have yet to pick up Pi again, which I started reading back in December. I have big plans to settle in with it over the weekend, though...big plans.
Still haven't started Pi. Suicides isn't even on my radar. I suck.
I read VS at the same time I read The Lovely Bones and I get the two confused...a lot. So I am passing on VS and am 40 pages into Pi. I will say Pi helps with insomnia. I sure it hope it speeds up a little soon.
I finished VS and I've been trying and trying to get into Pi, but.... man, it aint easy
I'm gonna stick with it, but I too hope it starts to pick up the pace soon.
I finished "The Virgin Suicides" I 'm trying to borrow LoP.
I've finished Pi, and am chomping at the bit to discuss :)
Please tell me it gets better.... I'm still struggling as I read about the zoo
Whew! So glad I am not the only one struggling with Pi. I was much too distracted with my gossip magazines on the planes to and from Vegas. When I fly to Chicago on Thursday, I am not bringing a single rag to read on the plane--unless I finish Pi before the flight.
I've finished VS, and haven't opened Pi (which, I confess, I read a year or so ago and was not crazy about.) I'm itching to talk about VS, tho'...
